I didn't realize this until after I had put hours into polishing each piece as I pulled it out of the bag. ( $30 cost of my polishing cloths) They were sent in a torn paper bag. Didn't get back to me for several days after initial contact. I asked for a partial refund because I had put so much time & money into it already. She declined. Definitely sending these back. Not a happy camper. I have NEVER left a negative review, and I buy on eBay every day. ☹️
