I messaged asking when it was going to be shipped, and got no reply. Another week goes by and I try to cancel the order, which was rejected. After the latest possible arrival date, I reported that it didn’t arrive. This seller had 3 business days to respond, which they didn’t, so eBay stepped in and I was refunded. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time.
