It said it was coming from overseas. The scale arrived broken. It was in a thin plastic bag with hardly any bubble wrap. I contacted the seller and told him it was split in two and asked how I could return it for a full refund. He got very mad. He said he would give us half back and let us fix it ourselves. We did connect it with a screw but the seller is silent. Can you please help us?
