I have contacted them and they respond quickly . My last order of 5 rolls and 4 had broken seals . You could tell it was from shipping . They were packaged in their own boxes with bubble wrap . Their boxes are of thin cardboard and cannot take being thrown around on the edges of the box in my opinion . Had to dry spools and seal them to be sure. Taken care of from customer service .Follow-up from: p***m- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.This Brown filament is not a very good choice for Brown filament , more like a Orangey ( orange ) Brown in color . Prints fine but color not that pleasant for brown in my opinion .
