    clock was damaged during shipping- i contacted the seller to file a claim with usps - they said they would but after initial "i'm sorry, yes I will" no further communication- I had to ask ebay to step in- I finally got notified today they are refunding me- the clock was packaged poorly, it does work as described and if not broke would have been a really nice value/clock- just wish the seller hadnt ghosted me- i would have been willing to work something out.
