Lot Of 12 Gnome Plastic Easter Eggs arrived quickly and you could tell that they tried to package them carefully. Unfortunately one arrived cracked and a couple other eggs were broken where they clasp together. Once the Seller was notified of the situation then they promptly gave me a partial refund. Thank you, it was much appreciated. I would do business with this Seller again in a heartbeat.

The mailer was ripped open at the bottom and one book was missing. When I contacted the seller to ask for a refund of at least shipping cost, the said they were sorry this happened to Me and asked if I contacted USPS. If the package was secure, there would have been no issues. USPS isn't the one who over stuffed two books into a thing mailer without adding tape to the seams for security.
