I brought the issues to the seller/hat makers attention and he arrogantly refused to do anything about it. The brim of the hat is finished uneven and there’s loose weaves creating the look of a hole . I respectfully requested that he accept my return and he refused. You didn't have a bad experience because I hand made your hat and packed it.
