It came with a USB with a boat already loaded, printed great, and I was able to start printing my own stuff immediately. Be sure to download the Creality slicer before you start, it is very helpful. Sold as an amazon return, but it looked to be brand new.

So had to print a clip and use online manual. 5/5 just mentioning for refurb facility to look out for these things missing in future kits. Only issue is top usb port on touch panel loose so disconnects drive repeatedly while shaking during print which is also a non issue in 2025 in the age of wireless/cloud printing. Two day shipping local and having a blast with a cheap refurb.

Being new to 3D printing & w/ limited amount of research I did before committing, the value seems good. A few issues I ran into, but doesn’t seem to be affecting the quality at all which is why I have yet to follow up on it, is one of the screws for the plastic casing for fans/hot-end were not there and part of the plastic in same part was melted.
