It opened it in front of the FedEx driver, and everything was there, but was loose in the box. The dipstick was out, but nothing seemed to be damaged. I bought one from another seller. It had the same holes in the box so I returned it because it was damaged. FedEx driver said the conveyors damage the boxes seller to put better packing in the boxes.
