It does provides good cool air when water is added to the tank and the fan speed is very good and having a remote is a plus, also the ice packs do wonders. I installed a water valve to make sure the tank never runs dry, since I am using it for my outside pets to keep them cool and they love this. I bought two and since it works great, I kept one inside my house just to move chilled air around.

I suspect it was not dropped off. It was supposed to be 1 to 4 day shipping and it took 8 days. The bow is also garbage. It's not balancrd and I cant use it.
