Tried it day one for cutting and trimming my hair and buzzing hair. Scissors aren't cheaply made, either. It comes with a barber cape to tie around shoulders and neck. I recommend especially for price cant beat the price and item quality. Only negative critique is adjusting and cleaning the trimming blade is a bit tedious. It locks into place well so it's worth the extra hassle and effort.

I am using it to raise up some of my plants in my dining room, and it works perfectly for that purpose (see picture). Although the item arrived unharmed, the box that it came in was pretty ripped up and damaged…not at all in good condition. It’s just a miracle that the riser wasn’t dented, scratched, or broken en route. The seller definitely needs to ensure that the product is better packaged for protection.
