Seller promised that he shipped the item twice, but he stopped communicating when the second shipment with obviously the same tracking number got stuck in transit as well. We did not receive a single response since the case was opened for the item that did not arrive. Even when we requested eBay to step in there was no communication from this seller. That represents lack of ownership and really bad customer service!
