      Update: the seller decided to honor the previous agreement & claims $ loss to cover 4day shipping - Purchased and paid for with free shipping as noted in the listing. Seller then messages after purchase and says they need to charge an extra 10usd for shipping to Canada. Looking into it, this seems to go against Ebay s policies so I asked for a refund. If the customer base is going to be outside India, shipping rates should be included in listing and not falsely advertised as free shipping .
