He doesn't respond timely to cancellation requests or messages. 12 hours after the requests to cancel (which was made within 3" of the purchase), he claims he can not cancel because it is in advanced shipping stages. He uses some obscure shipper that I've never heard of, poor tracking info. Then claims we just have to refuse delivery to get refund AFTER he gets it returned. Then the next day he ships it to us and we get it from Amazon! SCAMMER
