      Have returned both items to seller personally at my local Post Office as incorrect sizes, quality of items and condition were as described. On sellers advice, began the refund process through portal. Having never returning an item previously, did not know that I had to arrange Aust Post courier not directly at Post office so cannot complete this refund claim. It’s only AFTER one tries to make a claim, one knows much more about what should be done, including photos pre and post.
