    Well, it was hit and miss. The day before the due arrival date, they e-mailed me saying there was a problem with my order. One of the bags was damaged in shipment and was returned to them. They said they would immediately reship my order. Since it was dog food, I couldn't wait for the reship I said to just refund my order. The refund arrived less than an hour later. Issue was shipper, not them, and outcome was satisfactory. Will give them another chance.
