    I accidentally shipped the item to the wrong address and the current tenant sent the item back to sender. So I request that this seller give me a refund and they tell me they have to wait until they receive the item to refund me as per ebay policy... fair enough I'll wait until the package gets back to them. BUT when the package was attempted to be delivered back to them they denied the usps worker and said addressee unknown as if it's not their own package. I'm disappointed with this service.

    Looking for new used for Stabil. May use if in the antique cars I have next.

    Was not a fan of fuel stabilizer until I cleaned out the fuel tank on my lawn tractor. After years of use the tank bottom was a little green and the gas was the color of weak coffee. Every time I ran it I just added more gas and away I went, Well I started using Stabil and the fuel tanks, gas cans and carburetors are cleaning themselves up a bit and the fuel has the correct color and operating characteristic. It seems that if you only have one lawn mower the gas does not have a chance to “get old” but now there are three pieces of lawn equipment so some sit in the shed longer then they used to and the fuel ages.

    I have been using it for years, when I bring home the gasoline for my lawnmowers I automatically add stabile to it. Newer had any problems with my lawnmowers or snowblowers, next year.

    Must have for anything running on gas

    I've been using Sta-Bil for many years now. It keeps the fuel fresh (even with ethanol in the blend) and the equipment running in those applications where you don't use all the gas within a few weeks. I use it on my generator, garden equipment (2 and 4 strokes), motorcycles and gas storage. In any case, if you plan to store for an extended period, you should at least empty the carb (cut the gas and run the engine until stops) and fill up the tank. This prevents gunk in the carburetor and moisture/water contamination on the gas and rust on metal gas tanks. Note that in theory, even with Sta-Bil, the gas will not last much longer than 2 years. I pushed my luck and have used it for longer (up to 4 years) without problems, but your mileage may vary.

    Living in the state of Florida I keep several 5-gallon cans of gasoline on hand for the portable generator. That has saved us loosing total power during our annual hurricane season. The stabilizer keeps the gas in good shape until needed.
