    Already have one, hoping for a better one.filled it up, plugged it in.when I pressed the button the steam came out the wrong end . Handle got so hot couldn't hold it. Then later after it cooled down I snagged the cord with my foot ,it fell off the counter and broke the handle.oh well.these steamers are old,but new ones don't have any power. Got a spare for parts.

    Very good product!

    I clean houses and this is very good for non-chemical cleaning for kitchens and bathrooms. I've had one for 20+ years that just stopped working so this is the 2nd one I've had. Very good product.
