    The quality of the bag was excellent and arrived in new condition, however it was completely different from the one pictured. I wanted the one I thought I was buying. I initiated a return and the seller offered a partial refund and I could keep the bag. I accepted the offer to avoid more hassle, but disappointed I didn’t receive what I was led to believe I was buying. In the end, I still have a nice bag for much less than I originally paid, but darn, just feels like false advertising.
