I also emailed at least weekly to check in because they were sold out and were expecting more. The person I spoke with was very patient with me (even though I was far from patient) and explained everything very well. They even sent a free gift for the wait. GREAT TRIKE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! That's enough, now it's time to ride!!!! Thank you so much. I will be recommending.

When questioned about shipping they tell me they notify all buyers after purchase thet these are pre-orders even though their estimated delivery time is within a week or to after purchase on listing, they will not adbide by it. Very dishonest I had to report them to eBay for braking eBay policies for saying they had something in stock and not keeping with expected delivery time. Their so called warehouse in US is only a shipping hub coming out of China not a warehouse.Reply from: meetonee-trike- Feedback replied by seller meetonee-trike.- Feedback replied by seller meetonee-trike.I don't know why you would make such an dishonest statement. We had already agreed to ship this week, but due to the riots in Los Angeles, the tracking number will be delayed. Their scam is hoping a buyer wont follow up on it before its to late and eBay hands them the money. Be wise and avoid this seller
