    Printer was delivered one week after date promised. It arriver missing ink cartriges which the seller claims incorrectly do not come with the unit. The picture on line ,in the E-bay ad shows original box,which my unit did not come in, with the ink cartriges included. I asked the seller to rebate me $50 to compensate me for the missing ink cart. .He told me I don't have a case.

    1. the description clearly states that Ink was not included in all caps and bold. 2. the condition said open box not brand new. 3. the 2 pictures provided has no box only the printer in which you did receive, and there is no photo of ink cartridges. 4. delivery is always estimated never promised 5. you don't have a case because everything was mentioned in the listing you failed to look.
