The box was badly damaged. Will I be able to replace that one piece or do I need to send this whole thing back?

We experienced a AAA+++ transaction… basically identical to the new in quality and appearance with identical packaging, fast shipping, and great communication. Honestly I could not find anything that reflected this was used. We have these mounted on a 2020 Explorer ST using a 53” Amazon mount which indicated a fit. Thank you!

It's worked perfectly with no issues with a 55lb 18 1/2 foot sea kayak. Two minor thoughts from my wife, who mostly uses it. One is that it doesn't lower below chest height which makes loading the boat difficult sometimes. The second, now sorted, is the rubber pads which didn't stick too well and fell off when driving with no load. Tooenjoy have fixed that with a new, revised set which they mailed immediately under warranty on request!
