The listing never mentioned any damage, which should have been disclosed. I paid $36.99 and was promised a full refund but only received $26. When I asked why, the seller dismissively responded, “I gave you a refund. What’s the problem?” Lack of transparency and professionalism made this disappointing. I made a call to ship the item and give gift for any inconvenience. i have a no return policy but for sure she would get a return if she wanted.
