      I contacted the seller that engine didn't work. She quickly started when I realized 30 min later it was the batteries on my end. Too late to cancel refund. Product was listed $17.95 + shipping & tax = 29.84. eBay refunded this amount . Seller relisted product and I put in a bid of $17.95 but then had to adjust to $29.84 to include the shipping + tax but then I was actually charged $32.03. I won't be using eBay any time soon. This became an expensive transaction.
