They had to deliver it to the home 3 times before we figured out it needed a special security code to give it to me.... even with my ID they were afraid to get into trouble so it took 3 trips out to my house before it all got resolved.... I guess the code is to keep porch pirates from stealing but I was not informed about this issue and the Amazon guys thought it was on their system so it was difficult ....
