Upon realizing the error, they accepted the return without any hassle - and refunded the purchase without discussion. Reset also provided some great information for a 'part-time eBayer' about returns. They were extremely patient with me and handled the entire process like pros. If the opportunity arises will order from them again with utmost confidence.
