Äußerste Frechheit nun, ich soll die falschen Artikel auf meine Kosten zurück schicken! Der Verkäufer weigert sich seiner Schuld einzugestehen und mir einen Rücksendelabel zuzuschicken. Letztendlich bleibe ich auf dem falsch gelieferten Christbaum sitzen und natürlich ist das Geld auch weg.
