      The laptop is as described and was well packed. My gripe is with the shipping - I purchased on the 16th, was accepted at USPS on the 19th, and delivered on the 29th. It was shipped with the cheapest/slowest USPS Ground Advantage vs the advertised Priority Mail (which I was charged $20 shipping for). This caused me to miss the window which I bought it for.

      I bought this used laptop over 3 weeks ago. When it arrived it had no activation key for the Windows 11 Pro that was advertised as being installed on it. I sent numerous emails to the seller asking him for the installation key. He sent one that didn't work and then ghosted me after I asked him for another solution. Beware buying from this seller. What I bought didn't live up to what was advertised. I had to buy another Windows 11 installation key from another vendor to resolve this issue.
