        I should be refunded the FULL amount I paid of $75.96 (4 x $18.99) because the seller shipped me an entirely wrong order, so I had to spend 1.5 hours to address the error and return ship it. The eBay platform put in a return of $65 but I should not have to pay any shipping due to seller's big error - and the time I've had to spend on that error. Note I was to have received 4 orders of 60 pieces each set (2 forks, 2 spoons, 1 dinner knife X 12). Instead the seller sent me 6 boxes of steak knives!
