    This is a fantastic seller. I received the item in good condition and packaged very well. I did not realise the power voltage difference between Australia and Japan when I turned the item on and basically destroyed the transformer. The seller was very understanding and apologised for not explaining the power difference between the countries in the description. I also should have been aware. The seller offered a more than reasonable partial refund which I accepted. Very professional seller.
