The seller had tracking placed on the envelope so I always knew where it was and was alerted to its delivery. The seller placed several pieces of stiffening sheets along with the stamps to protect them while in the mail. This stamp is exactly as described. The VICTORY overprint is unique and a real value. Seller communication is consistently excellent.

This seller never sends a sales slip so one has to to guess if and when the item was purchased. They send threatening emails of reprisals if one complains to eBay and demand payment before time frames imposed by EBay. Packaging is skimpy; if some customer item is exposed to moisture is without protection. I find their services adequate though at times delayed.
