    Seller has good review history, however I did not have that experience. I asked for a photo of the back & received a pic of what I was looking for, the orientation of the pins centered or higher. I received the pins on the bottom. This goes on a beret. With the pins on the bottom, it digs into your head. Maybe we have different communication styles, but I thought asking for a picture of the back, I would get what was messaged. Gave it as a gift. Not a total loss. C- transaction
