    Purifies and Deepens Breath

    Frankincense oil is amazing in general, but the NOW brand Frankincense oil is good quality for the price. Great value. Definitely recommend. Works great with meditation, and to help deepen the breath, and bring you deeper into a theta healing consciousness, meditative state, and to slow the breath.
