Next I got two driver side tie rods yet the boxes have the correct part numbers that they call for. Comparing the parts next to the old ones and to pictures on line is how I know that I have 2 driver side tie rods. Communication for 8 days back and forth was a waste with no solution. I tried my best with patience got nogo.Reply from: partscontainer- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.We have given our best to resolve the issue with the customer, but we couldn't get to resolve it because the customer changed the preferable way to rectify the problem. We tried to compensate for that and approach from a different angle, but the customer decided that he doesn't want to proceed with the case and left us a negative feedback. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly trust and order from them again. A great company!!!
