The pallet that our two drive recliners arrived on had a very damaged box and one of the two chairs had a damaged caster and major scratches along one side. I think this was more a reflection of how drive packages there products as well as the LTL freight company....Medical USA did provide us a free replacement once we notified them. I would request they either double box the chairs and / or crate them.
