Bracket fit the seat bolt pattern on a 2000 Honda Valkyrie Tourer perfectly. Screw holes are predrilled in the wood backer of the pad as well and they matched the bracket too. Screws are hidden under the cover if you install it properly. Metal bracket is slightly flexible and the passenger seat adds some rigidity as it presses against it. It is not adjustable, though I could remove it and bend it possibly
