Most of the double flares I made were well off-center until I figured out that threading the hydraulic ram portion until it was fully seated and then backing off a little would allow enough play for the OP1 die to run down the center of the tube and make an acceptable flare. My case arrived with a broken latch, and although I had a few e-mails with the seller, the seller did not follow up and the issue hasn't been resolved.
