My only negative comment would be that three bolts would not thread. I put together the other seventeen as a means to better keep track of them. I might suggest that the seller might want to put them together (nuts/bolts) prior to sending. This would avoid frustration on the receiving end, and (for the seller) cut down on needed plastic envelopes. Thanks.
