Upon arrival I inspected the cv axels and noticed right away that these ones were smaller. I contacted the company for a return. some guy Bradley is giving me a very hard time about returning the cv axels. He asked me repeatedly if I had an engine code 4G94. I researched this code, the cv axels are for FWD 2003 Toyota Rav4. My vehicle is AWD. BE AWARE this company is preying on shipping fees paid for by customerReply from: partscontainer- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.- Feedback replied by seller partscontainer.This customer reported an issue but then openly, repeatedly and persistently rejected to corroborate their claim. We did ask about the engine code because that is what is explicitly & indisputably included on the listing as being 1 of 2 additional compatibility requirements. They went to such lengths as to avoid confirming whether or not their engine code is as such (albeit we were able to deduce it is not of the required code from what they negated), that they even left negative feedback.

This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable.
