Quite a mess. Somehow got inside the buildings on the small plug hole that fits the lights. Railroad sign a little bent but fixable. Overall items are as described but the people include are for the mini version PM village. Size of buildings fit w original village. It was a good price. Seller easy to deal with and communication was good & did combine shipping cost.
