    I ordered different quantities of different coloured fabric and the wrong quantities of specific colours arrived. I asked for it to be put right by sending an extra metre of one colour and rather than send it, they said they'd sent it and it got lost in the post. I asked for a tracking number and none was given. They gave me a refund for that metre of fabric but I wanted the fabric to finish a sewing job I now can't complete. Very unreliable seller.

    I gave this company the benefit of doubt despite the bad reviews. I shouldn't have. They sent the wrong material & ignored my message telling them they had sent the wrong material for 2 days. They then sent a message to offer me a discount to keep the material I didn't want and ignored my request to return the material until the deadline for returns. Really not impressed & would not buy from again.
