    I ordered a pair of trousers on May 4, and realized a few weeks later I hadn't received them. I contacted the seller twice and ZERO response. Tracking showed the order hadn't even shipped, that only a label had been printed. I finally had to get EBay involved to try and get an answer from the non responsive seller, and then I finally was issued a refund. Seller eventually replied, but sorry, that was too little too late. Service is so important, and if you can't even respond, don't sell.
