I don't know if the battery is thicker than an original battery but the trackpad is acting up and the cursor is moving on its own since installation of the battery. I would guess that the trackpad needs replacing also. I like the battery; never liked the trackpad.

The product is good but the service is rubbish and Falsely Advertised as Australia Post !!!! These type of sellers only get my business once and today that ends.
