Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, wenn eine Bestellung über so viele Stationen gelaufen ist. Dass die Sendung lange still lag, ist wohl Folge der Zollformalitäten. Der Verkäufer hat prompt an das Versandzentrum geliefert, seine Kommunikation war auch schnell. Bei DHL funktionierte die Sendungsverfolgung nur für die USA. In Deutschland war lange unklar, ob es weitergeht. Eine Mitteilung von DHL-Deuschland zum Zwischenstand hätte beruhigt.
