    Missing holes

    The tiny holes for the pickup mounting screws were not drilled. Good thing I was able to use my old pick guard as a template and drill holes myself. Although a little scary and somewhat a pain in the neck, it does fit and work nicely (now). I tried to match the binding on my tele, but this cream is a bit darker than the binding's. Oh well, it still looks good on montego black.
