FYI - I took my kid's SE watch (cracked screen face) to Apple store and they said it would be cheaper and faster to buy a new SE watch :) One area of improvement - I would encourage offering a faster return shipping option. USPS shipping is super slow, but optimal based on cost. I would have paid $10+ for faster return shipping. CA-FL back to CA was slow.
