Sadly, the product was junk, which isn’t a reflection on the seller. The items were brand new in the box. They were poor quality and damaged from the manufacture. The directions were not sensible and the online video was just as useles. Reviews from every other site selling this brand had poor reviews based on the same issues I had.

Luckily UPS "found" the "lost" box and delivered it. Absolutely wonderful communication and the carport materials look to be very high quality! Highly Recommend Seller!
