Since i needed the gasket more than the filter, I decided not to return the item. Obviously all my fault, since i didn't read the fine print correctly. After all the money we spent buying parts from them, I consider that poor customer service! Never again!

The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable.
