I don't see the point in removing the tool from the original box, packing and padding it in a different box, throwing away the manual, and sending it out. I don't get it.

Not many sellers can say they will do that. I messaged to ask if he had got the packages back and he said he hadn’t but since I didn’t have them, he was refunding me anyway. That’s a real great seller right there. The package is still lost to this day but a great seller was found.
