I also the wood doesn't fit very well together to be able to even get it together. You have to have several different socket wrenches and didn't sizes. Horrible customer service as well when I tried to talk to them about it. The wood sounds hollow too when you knock on it. I don't know how they turned 2x4'd into little logs. Very Hard to tighten. Now they want me to take. It all apart and send it back.
